Kings Cross Hotel is accessible to people of all abilities. Lifts and disabled bathrooms are available.
Can I bring children?
Children are welcome until 9pm, but must be accompanied by an adult.

I received a $25 Birthday Voucher! How do I redeem it?
To redeem your birthday voucher, simply show it to a member of staff at the bar when making a purchase! The voucher can only be used on transactions of food and beverage with a value of $25 or higher. The voucher cannot be redeemed in bottle shops or used to purchase cigarettes. The voucher is valid for the duration of the month it is issued.
Can I use Public Transport?
Kings Cross Hotel is just a two minute walk to Kings Cross Station, where you can easily travel to Bondi or Central station within 5 minutes. There are also buses along Victoria, Oxford and William Streets.
Can I bring pets?
Support animals are always welcome, our street bar is also pet friendly until 9pm however dogs must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. Balcony & rooftop unfortunately are not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home!
When is the rooftop open?
The rooftop is open from 5pm on Fridays & Saturdays, and for special events!
Do I need an ID?
Please have a valid ID on you at all times. You are required to scan in to the venue after 9pm.
